- I've been married to the same man for 30 years and have a 27 year old son, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and a precious brand-new grandson. I grew up on a farm in Nebraska, then spent 27 years in the Chicago area. We moved to Maine in 2006 where I was the director of a public library. In June, 2014 we retired and moved to Colorado to be closer to our family. I love pop culture, Jane Austen, and mysteries, both fictional and real-life. Oh, on September 12, 2008 I realized a life-long dream when I was a contestant on Jeopardy.
